Ingrid Pauline Ludwig Named to Exclusive Membership Organization

Ingrid Pauline Ludwig's passion for athletic engineering and kinesiology enable her to thrive as a trainer and physical therapy aide for Active Rehabilitation

    LA CANADA FLINTRIDGE, CA, August 30, 2010 /Health and Fitness PR News/ -- Ingrid Ludwig, Private Fitness Consultant and Physical Therapy Aide, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in health and fitness.

As a personal trainer and physical therapy aide for Active Rehabilitation, Ingrid Ludwig supervised patients during exercise, treated injuries with ultrasound, translated medical terms, and explained prescriptive exercises to patients, including how different treatments are beneficial to injury healing and prevention. She also trained athletes around their injuries and advised them on how to enhance their specialized performance. Ms. Ludwig served in the United States Navy in the Special Forces division and ran physical training programs for her teams. She is one of a few women to be accepted into two Naval Special Operations programs. Currently, she is developing her own private fitness consulting business, FitCom. She became involved in her profession because of her desire to promote and educate health and physical fitness. She attributes her success to her passion for athleticism, health and the strength of the human sprit.

Ms. Ludwig is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology at Cal State Northridge. In addition to her formal education, she is also a personal trainer and a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
