Local body transformation expert was a hit at 10TV Health & Fitness Expo
Jason Yun, of Yun Fitness, made an appearance at the 10TV Health & Fitness Expo on August 21 and 22. He served as part of a panel of experts at the Commit to Be Fit Booth and was available from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm both days
COLUMBUS, OH, August 30, 2010 /Health and Fitness PR News/ -- His free body fat tests done through Ultra Sound was a hit with the attendees. "Body fat is the best way to see where you are in terms of health and fitness," says Yun, "How much body fat you have compared to lean muscle tissue will let you know if you are fit or if you need some work—which is a nice way to put it," Yun laughs.
The event will take place at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, 400 North High Street, Columbus. Doors will be open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm both days, and admission is free to the public.
